The Body corporate is in possession of my property and has gone to considerable lengths to avoid returning it.



This is my car park position and it is not only the worst car park on the property as the only one hemmed in on both sides but it is 32 cm thinner than all the others.
The reason being is that toilet plumbing (body corp) extends out into my car park and so therefore making it unfit for purpose. So not able to be sold (unless I am prepared to deceive a buyer like I was, which I am not) or tenanted without a price decrease and thus impacting business and property value.
All requests made by me over the years to resolve the issue have been rejected and now ignored. With even a 6500K quote being ignored. So that’s less than $450 per owner to resolve the issue and so I stay hunkered down and more determined than ever to get returned what is mine and they remain determined to get me out without returning my property and so work hard at creating a narrative in order to do so.
But i am not going to react to the never ending antagonization and intimidation games but lean towards legal action as all else has failed. Also this issue cannot be left to the next owner and so the conflict roles on and on as it did before me. Unit 1 and 13 & 15 have indicated clearly by parking far beyond their allocated position that there is plenty of room to move unit 10 parking position to one of these positions.
