The Body corporate is in possession of my property and has gone to considerable lengths to avoid returning it.






This is my car park position and it is not only the worst car park on the property as the only one hemmed but has overlapping car parks against it on both ends and so making the position even worse. When i purchased the property it had VW Beatle shells and other car parts on it and so i wasn’t able to make fair appraisal.
I realize now that wasn’t by accident.
The car park is also 32cm thinner than it should be due to the toilet toilet plumbing (body corporate) extending out into my car park and so therefore making it even further unfit for purpose. So not able to be sold (unless I am prepared to deceive a buyer like I was, which I am not) or tenanted without a price decrease and thus impacting business and property value.
All requests made by me over the years to resolve the issue have been rejected and now ignored. With even a 6500K quote being ignored. So that’s less than $450 per owner to resolve the issue and so I stay hunkered down and more determined than ever to get returned what is mine and they remain determined to get me out without returning my property and so have worked hard at creating narratives in the hope that something sticks but it never does as evidence is required.
So it is there hope that i react to the never ending antagonization and intimidation games so some mud can stick but the only sensible option is legal action as all else has failed.
Also this issue cannot be left to the next owner and so the conflict roles on. Unit 1 and 13 & 15 have indicated clearly by parking far beyond their allocated position that there is plenty of room to move unit 10 parking position to one of these positions via the car parks being SUCCESFULLY surveyed and redone .
