This UDA RF antenna was used to do HFA attacks on me from above my property by data electricians next door.

When I found this UDA RF antenna it had not been registered by the electricians next door as is required. And they are required to look at plans as all switch boards are placed in the same position on the wall for each unit. Unless they intend to place it there. I was also not notified by them that the majority of the antenna was over my roof.

So what was installed behind this antenna to achieve this?

What a real high-power RF transmitting setup (legal or otherwise) would need

To produce strong electromagnetic fields, you don’t just “add something small”—you’d see obvious infrastructure, for example:

A high-power RF transmitter/amplifier (typically bulky, not hidden in a tiny box) Significant power supply (often hundreds to thousands of watts) Cooling (heatsinks, fans) Proper feedline and matching gear (thicker coax, connectors, grounding) Often a dedicated site (not a random suburban roof).

I have identified which office unit these attacks originate from.

The thick cable from this antenna leads out the back of this unit to the position of this AC in their other unit that is permanently manned weekdays. Both were installed at the same time. The servers/heat sink etc will be positioned below this AC.

How did I identify the attacks?

I didn’t at first and not for a while as the antenna was placed up in Mid 2022 ( heard work on the other side of the wall where the cable to the antenna is fixed) and I didn’t identify it was used for HFA attacks until august 2025 after I found the antenna had been placed above me in early May 2025 and I went on my study tour soon thereafter. I experienced a severe attack after hours and it felt like my abdomen would explode. It was the feeling of a dial being turned up and down. The pain was so intense I was groaning. The positive was it ended for good any doubts I was experiencing a HFA and I went out and purchased my materials to stop the attack for good before hours Monday.

Beforehand I put all the symptoms I experienced down to an unaddressed spinal issue and this effectively helped to mask the HFA attacks.

Going on spinal meds during this period allowed me first identify what was what and then to end the HF symptoms when I applied my anti HF device. Because you can’t see a HFA you do actually tend to write it off as related to something else. What was a constant since 2022 is that my AM/FM radio would get knocked out and then return. This happened repeatedly during their office hours and only very occasionally after hours. I know realise I was getting HF attacked repeatedly all day during the weekdays and there is always someone in the office from where the attacks originates from.

What are the symptoms of HFA attacks?

A “high frequency attack” can refer to several different, often overlapping, conditions, including panic attacks, high-frequency migraine attacks, or intense, frequent anxiety episodes. The physical symptoms are generally caused by a massive, sudden release of stress hormones (adrenaline/cortisol) or nerve hypersensitivity, leading to a “fight-or-flight” response. AnxietyCentre.comAnxietyCentre.com +2

Common Physical Symptoms of a High-Frequency Attack

  • Heart and Respiratory Distress: Rapid, pounding heart rate (palpitations), chest pain or tightness, shortness of breath, and hyperventilation.
  • Nervous System & Sensory Issues: Shaking or trembling limbs, intense dizziness, lightheadedness, faintness, and numbness or tingling (paresthesia) in the hands, feet, or face.
  • Head and Sensory Overload: Intense headache, often throbbing, and extreme sensitivity to light, sound, or smell.
  • Gastrointestinal Distress: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or severe abdominal cramping.
  • Temperature Regulation Issues: Sudden hot flashes, chills, or excessive sweating.
  • Muscle Tension: Tightness in the shoulders, back, or jaw. Mayo ClinicMayo Clinic +8

Differences in Attack Types

  • Panic Attacks: Sudden onset, peaking in minutes, involving an intense fear of dying or losing control.
  • Migraine Attacks: Often include aura (visual disturbances, tingling), fatigue, and cognitive dysfunction, with pain worsening during activity.
  • High-Functioning Anxiety: Often manifests as chronic tension, irritability, and physical exhaustion rather than sudden panic. Mayo ClinicMayo Clinic +5

Post-Attack Symptoms
After an attack subsides, many people experience a “postdrome” phase, which includes severe fatigue, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and muscle pain.

What symptoms from the above did I experience.

The first paragraph above I experienced a lot of but not the panic attacks. I at first put it down to my spinal issue getting worse. But after going on pain medication for my spine for the first time ever in Mid 2025. I was able to recognise that the HFA were a seperate issue that had also been compounding my spinal issue. This resulted in me recognising that the UDA RF antenna had more uses than intercepting my radio frequency signals (RF) from all my devices but was also working on harming me as much as possible. I base this on the AM/FM radio getting cut out regularly during their working hours which I know realise was an attack. But virtually never on the weekend and symptoms I experienced would dissipate over the weekend.

Heart and Respiratory Distress: I experienced regular bouts of shortness of breath.

Nervous System & Sensory Issues: I regularly experienced Shaking or trembling limbs, lightheadedness, faintness, and numbness or tingling (paresthesia) in the hands, feet.

Head and Sensory Overload: Intense type of pressure headache at the top and down the back of my head, tinkling throbbing feeling, and extreme sensitivity to light. That has resulted in me getting tinted spectacles it was so constant.

Gastrointestinal Distress: occasional Nausea, occasional diarrhoea, and the severe abdominal cramping of feeling a dial being turned up and down in my stomach is what resulted in me implementing my anti frequency device.

Temperature Regulation Issues: Sudden hot flashes, chills, or excessive sweating was one of the most constant of all my symptoms. They are all now gone since the anti frequency device was installed.

Muscle Tension: Tightness in the shoulders, back, or jaw.  This was a constant and could get intense but also is a symptom of my nerve compression that I have to constantly shake out. I have not had a jaw ache since I applied the anti HFA device.

Panic Attacks: No panic attacks

Migraine Attacks:Often include aura (visual disturbances, tingling), fatigue, and cognitive dysfunction, with pain worsening during activity.

I could vaguely see what looked like black cotton threads that would dance in my eyes balls when my eyes were open but were obvious when my eyes were closed. There would be up to 6 thread in each eye doing a dance together. They would gradually go as the evening wore on. I have not seen them since the anti HFA device went up. I always felt fatigued but not much anymore. The cognitive function was very poor. It has improved both after the pain meds and then again after the anti HFA device but i am not back 100%. The nerve pain I experience would impact it and so hard to say how much was the high frequency and symptoms from nerve pain.

High-Functioning Anxiety: Often manifests as chronic tension, irritability, and physical exhaustion rather than sudden panic. This was off the charts at times and had weird manifestations that let’s just say would have me performing a particular very intimate action to relieve the anxiety and often for some reason under or near the antenna. Which happened to be virtually where the camera was. So thats very interesting. I have chronic tension from the nerve compressions in my spine anyway and so constantly getting up and walking stretching and shaking it out to get relief. I would do this but it was like on steroids. I would do what I call zooming back and forwards as well when under HFA. I don’t zoom anymore since i ended the HFA. And the intimate actions have declined dramatically. So there must be some type of relation to the high frequency and the intense anxiety it created.

Post attack symptoms: After an attack subsides, many people experience a “postdrome” phase, which includes severe fatigue, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and muscle pain. I experienced all of this daily and put it down to nerve pain and little sleep because of that. My situation is much improved now.

How did I end the attacks?

The Anti high frequency device is simply sheets of under floor aluminium foil. My studies always referred to foil being excellent in deflecting a high frequency attack and it’s true. I placed two lengths of sheets up on the weekend under the Antenna. After I received the worst ever attack on the Friday. The experience felt exactly like a dial was being turned up and down in my abdomen. It was so painful it had me groan in pain and I thought I would explode. It also shook me out of any doubts anymore that no this cannot be happening. It’s to devious and evil to even consider I thought.

On the Monday morning my AMFM radio went out again and immediately after that there were these loud cracking/zapping type noises. I couldn’t visually see anything happening in the foil sheets but after about 5 seconds it stopped. And happened again an hour later but shorter this time. Once again on Tuesday and once again on Wednesday very quickly and hasn’t happened since. I read that the feedback can damage their equipment and even cause a fire and so would explain the HFA coming to end. Frequency readings are also in the normal range now. These sheets are obviously staying up there!
